Joe Payne

As a builder with over 35 years of experience, Joe has been instrumental in building scores of projects ranging from residential, laboratories, commercial office interiors, ground up, health centers, hospitals, and clean rooms, a credit to his passion and commitment to the construction business. He got his start in the industry as a carpenter and steadily worked his way up to Project Manager joining the Vulcan Construction Team in 2011. A strong problem solver and process minded individual, Joe is a visionary at heart, devoted to the daily business, team building, his family and a passion for the outdoors.
