Joel has a passion for people and an eye for details. He has directed over $250 million in commercial projects including, but not limited to, Life Science, Corporate office improvements, R&D and industrial facilities, Medical facilities, Retail, Restaurants, and Building/ Campus face-lifts. While expanding the Vulcan Construction image and footprint into multiple new markets.
